I am so tired ...

Dear Poppy

I just don't know what is wrong, I am so tired all of the time. I was feeling a bit under the weather and had a nasty cough. Mummy and Puppaw took me to the nice vet and she gave me some medicine. It makes me feel quite lethargic. I just don't have the energy I used to have. Mummy and Puppaw seem quite content though, I just don't know why. But I am not coughing any more and my mucus eye has dried up, so I think I am on the mend. The two-legs seem especially happy that I am sleeping until at least 6:30am and sometimes 7:00am. (BTW, I also discovered I am only 77.4lbs, so no more gordita comments from the two legs.)

I am sorry I have not written for a while. I have been terribly busy. First of all we keep going to the floaty house. Mummy is quite worried I am going to jump, but I don't understand the concern as I can swim. I have been practising at the Shirlington dog park with my friend Kaya. It is so much fun.

Then Abu came. She is mummy's mummy. That means Mummy has taken time off so more play time for me. The problem is that I am used to sleeping in the morning and afternoon but now there are people all the time. Mummy's nephew and great niece (yes ... GREAT niece) came to stay as well. So many people. So little sleep. So tired ....

I am sorry to hear about horrible Tilly. If I ever move to England I will be sure to eat her. Ha ha ha ha ha ha .... Puppaw thinks it is great that your Mummy called the police, but he warned me to be careful how hard I play as here the police have guns. Very scary actually.

Be brave and make sure they don't make you look silly. My friend Travis, he lives in my building, looks like a lion with his hair cut. All his lovely long hair has gone except on his head.

Oh, I almost forgot. Please wish good thoughts for my boyfriend Willy. They found a lump which they have cut out (it is a huge scar), and are worried it may be cancer.
